Our stay was good. However, they can improve some area like, room wall paper was damaged, towel holder was not fixed, floor mat could be cleaned, clear indication for hot and cold water tap in bathroom. More varieties for breakfast etc..

The hotel provides great service. You don’t have to follow up with them. I received pickup, drop to temple for darshan and drop to the bus boarding point again Staff is very humble and polite. Received great room at best price

Nice and clean rooms!; Good friendly and supportive staff!!; Just a KM away from temple, but nothing to worry as the drop and pick up facility in the hotel managed SUV, Spacious and safe parking. And Overall very safe and luxurious still economical for family stay.

we had a very worse situation here. Rooms are smelling and we have asked for room freshner which they have not provided. Hot water is not available in our room even after informing the reception repeatedly AC and TV remotes were given after continuous calling at reception after 2 hours the person at reception doesnot know how to behave with customers and we had a heated argument with them while check out. since we were arguing with them, that reception person went to one of our rooms and pulled our lagguage out asking us to vacate very very rude behaviour IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PEACEFUL DARSHAN, DONOT PREFER THIS HOTEL. 1) Good stay. Comfortable rooms good location descent service easy to reach, all basic amenities .. True feedback available. We went with family of 6 all had good stay. Easy to approach and readily available cab service. No issues in stay. We would rate it overall value for money .. I would recommend for family and couples 2) It was very nice experience staying there. Its totally worth in terms of money. Very co-operative staff. They are providing Pick & Drop facility for Temple from hotel. Quick service by staff. Very good & clean rooms. Will recommend to all the people for sure .. Keep it up 3) Amazing hotel. We checked in at the wee hours of midnight but the hotel staff were very nice to receive us with warmth, provide us with food that we ordered, next day also we received excellent service. They made our stay a nice one! 4) Nice hotel, located on road, easy access to market & Temple. Prompt Service. Hotel staff are very friendly & co-operative. Arrangement of rental cabs available. Pick & drop facility available. Worth of money. 5) Its a very good deal for the price MMT is giving, its right on the main road, a km before Sai temple. Rooms are spacious & clean, perfect for one night stay. 6) Our stay was only for a day but found that staff are really helpful and even arranged transportation for us. Hotel was clean. We arrived early than our check-in time but still they managed to accommodate us. 7) Checked in late on Thursday. It was our 3rd visit to ramanand. Clean Business class hotel. Rooms are spacious . . Near to temple - just 3 minutes away from temple premises. Ample parking space. Cleanliness was well maintained. Faced often power cut off in the morning but rest all was fine. Staff is very well behaved, well dress up and polite. Value for money. IMMEDIATE service are provided for travelers. Good food for serving. I was travelling for Shirdi Darshan and wondering near Shirdi area, sani shingnapur visit 10) Nice rooms... Fast service... Location good. Supportive staff especially manager. Only problem that early checkout chargeble... No negotiation. Late checkout negotiated... Overall good. 11) HOTEL STAFF WERE COURTEOUS, HELPFUL. MY LATE REQUEST WERE DELIVERED INSTANTLY. THERE IS ALWAYS TO DO BETTER, COULD BE DONE MUCH BETTER Food was good and delivered to room less than 15 min. On request bucket of hot water was provided Staff are very attentive and would like to request them for linen stain removing which is bed sheet and comforter. Other than that everything was very good 12) It was good in nice price .. Very clean .. We reached at night still they made wonderful parathas for us .. Helped us in all the ways .. The location is 500 mtrs far from the temple and can have transportation between the hotel and temple easily 15) Nice rooms, good friendly staff, just a kilometres from the temple but still transportation charges on a higher side, I think this hotel should start a taxi services for its customers from hotel to temple at reasonable prices. 16) The location is a little far from the temple but nothing to worry as the drop and pick you up in their SUV. The hotel is still building but you won't find it out where. Facilities are okay and staff are very responsive 17) Overall it was great stay at this hotel. Location is great, rooms are good sized and clean. Staff is courteous. Owner, Manager and all staff members provide great service and always available to help. They also provide free transport to Temple, local station. I had a special request and without hesitation they agreed to it. I thank the owner and the manager for accommodating my request. Hotel doesn't have their own restaurant but they have an arrangement with local restaurant. If you have your own car you can also go to one of the restaurants near the hotel. 18) I am satisfied for stay these hotel. Location atmosphere stuff all are very good and fantastic. Rooms are very big and clean, AC work fine just need maintenance. Hotel parking is more than enough for all travellers.
